RELEVANT COMPANY HISTORY and MILESTONES

1998  Formed DesalNATE, LLC and began perfecting its patented technology.

1999  Research & Development of Prototype Demonstration System in Corpus Christie, Texas, and Various Patents issued

  • DesalNATE placed its prototype Brackish Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) system in Corpus Christie, Texas in 1999 and continued to develop its technology into 2002.

2000  Additional patents issued.

2001  DesalNATE is incorporated.

2002  Research & Development of Prototype BWRO system in Corpus Christie, Texas is completed.

2003  DesalNATE, LLC merged into DesalNATE, Inc.

  • DesalNATE was invited to place a system in Oxnard, California as part of its "GREAT" program to demonstrate the world’s newest and most efficient water purification technologies. The “Oxnard System” was completed and installed at the City of Oxnard water purification/treatment plant.  The City of Oxnard, however, could not purchase the system at the end of the demonstration because their engineers required more than one company to be able to manufacture replacement large diameter membranes and there was only one company manufacturing the large diameter membranes at that time (Today, however, there are multiple membrane manufacturers that will manufacture DesalNATE’s 16” membranes).    DesalNATE began design of its third system which is affectionately called "The Kentucky System."

2004  DesalNATE completed construction of the "The Kentucky System." That system was leased to an American company with a farm in Mexico to provide agricultural water from a contaminated pond during a period of drought. When the drought was over they returned the system. It has recently been refurbished for an installation in Northern California.

DesalNATE moved the “Oxnard System” to the City of Goodyear, AZ when the GREAT Program was completed.

DesalNATE leased the Oxnard system to the City of Goodyear Arizona on an "approval" basis. Goodyear engineers found the system to be excellent and provided significant energy savings over other conventional systems manufactured by US Filter they had been operating. Goodyear Engineers took two other US Filter systems off line and replaced them with a single DesalNATE system that provided even greater output than the two other systems, combined. The DesalNATE system was permanently installed at the Goodyear site.

DesalNATE sold the system to Intelligent Solutions Water Works who were, then, responsible for maintenance of the system. Intelligent Solutions eventually sold the system to the City of Goodyear, AZ.

The US NAVY approved DesalNATE Seawater Demonstration System to be installed at the US NAVY Base at Port Hueneme.

  • DesalNATE signed a Joint Venture MOU Agreement with Al-Rushaid Investment Company in Saudi Arabia to establish “Al-Rushaid DesalNATE, Inc.”

2007  CH2M Hill completed engineering designs for the Catalina Project installation.

  • Doosan Hydro Technology approved the manufacturing contract to build DesalNATE’s Catalina SWRO system.
DesalNATE signed a Joint Venture MOU Agreement with EDGO, Inc., a Jordanian corporation, to establish EDGO DesalNATE, Inc
DesalNATE is, currently negotiating a Joint Venture agreement with a large company in China.

From 1998 through 2008, DesalNATE’s operations have focused on:
