DesalNATE’s parent company, NATE International, was formed in June, 1996 for the purpose of researching and developing new water related technologies including large 16-inch diameter membrane water filtration and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems for the treatment of brackish water (BWRO) and seawater (SWRO) to meet the growing global demand for pure water. DesalNATE, LLC was originally formed under its parent company, NATE International, LLC in 1999 and merged into a California C Corporation in 2003.
